Ola Cabs / Ani Technologies — about fare charged | |||
I hired a ola cab from indra gandhi airport to nizamuddin station. First i searched share ola but it was not showing.. Then may be i booked rental..in this no parking fees is shown in app.. After completion of ride it has been charged... So for 23km i har to pay 754/- but nominal charges are 500-550/-... Difference amount must be paid by ola.. My Ola driver by force took me to the CNG pump and made me wait 20 minutes. I was supposed to attend a meeting at 4:45 but was not able to make it in time because of this man. He refused to acknowledge that he did anything wrong. This is unacceptable behaviour.
