Today (04-dec-2018) availed ride, completed @ 11:27 am. With Driver : atik shaikh Mobile no : [protected] Micro cab : white vista Cab no: mh12kn1485 I paid payment in cash I have paid 2000 note, he refund me only 100, as my daughter was with me, i di not noticed at the same moment, after 15 minutes i realised so from that time i am calling the driver and he was not picking the call, he knows he fraud me so not replying. So cheater was the driver. Ola cab has no customer care service/no emailing facility, as they know the fraud staff they have. Kindly look into the matter aa soon as possible.
