Ola Cabs / Ani Technologies — account suspended without any reason (ticket[protected] | |||||
This is a very frustrating and annoying experience that my account has been blocked by ola and am unable to book any complaint. I was neither share the reason why it was done so and despite sending several emails neither any specific reason why my ola account was suspended (Blocked) nor steps to unblock were shared. As a result i am unable to book ola cabs and feel like being cheated by ola cab services. I have been following up with ola via their support channel but have not got any of the resolutions regarding the above mentioned grievances. Was this information helpful? | |||||
