Bad experience today. We booked shared cab and accidentally selected only 1 Person instead of 2. Still cab driver boarded 2, we appreciated one way however after 2 KM from pickup point driver asking us to leave the cab and pay 230 charges. We called customer care but no help from custome support as well, really bad experience. Need to ban on Ola or other such companies who are earning money with fraud and people's are suffering. ... specially it's problematic for ladies. Need to take action l.
