I booked and ride with ola outstation (Mini outstation - silver beat) from my location indore to omkareswar on may 11, 2019 (Cnr [protected]).
Ride fare was rs.1726. We started and completed the ride on same day evening at around 7 pm may 11, 2019.
After the ride i paid driver (Kamal) rs.1800 (Including a small bonus for him) and we closed the ride.
Now, after a couple of months i again tried to book a ride with ola but it started to ask me to pay rs.1726 of that previous ride.
Next day i submitted a support query for this to ola support and by next day i got a response from them saying,
"dear customer, we are sorry to here that. But we can't do anything to resolve this issue as this matter is of ride older than 48 hours. We really hope you understand.in case of this kind of situation please let us know when the driver is around you."
What a great response from support!
Still, it fine if they clear this ride out or close my account and delete my details from their servers as per data safety norms. Was this information helpful? |
