On 08 july 2018, i booked a sedan cab in bangalore. Chose sedan because luggage can be loaded onto the car rear luggage space. But a big hatch back cab arrived. Driver refused to take the luggage into car. This is understandable because rear luggage space was not there.
But only a sedan cab should have picked my request, not a hatch back car. This cancellation is being charged on me.
