Ola Cabs / Ani Technologies — booked a cab but not arrived | |||
Hay, This is the second time i have become the victim of ola cab services. I booked a ride to railway station at 3.30 am. Both the times ride was confirmed and no driver arrived. They did not cancel the ride even for hours and hours. I any how managed to reaching the station, but the question is how reliable is the ola. Another thing is that if we cancel the ride from our side the ola puts a penalty to its customers, and what if the situation is like this. The matter is serious why because some times the matter will be very serious. This time ola have to compensate. Was this information helpful? | |||
