Ola Cabs / Ani Technologies — booking of cab from [protected]- unwanted calls from cab driver after 1 hour

We have booked a ola mini at 8.37 pm CRN .[protected] and the driver refused citing distance. Later a sedan was booked at 8.44 m CRN [protected]. The relative was dropped at 9. 26 pm. Subsequently there was a call at 9.53 pm and he was talking rudely. He also instructed us that we have to tell OTP which he will send to the number and he wanted us to tell our phone number . This kind of attitude is unacceptable and is unwarranted. I request you to take action and inform us failing which I will initiate action thro police. Expect you to respond with out fail.
