Hi Team,
I took a ride with OLA on 21st September. My Estimated Fare was shown to be Rs. 896 after completing my ride I got charged Rs. 1809. I immediately raised a complaint with OLA and the acknowledged that my ride fare was high due to some error. They also mentioned that it will be solved within 72 hours. But it has been a week since then that I've not yet got any resolution. Even the customer care is not helping me to escalate.
I would like to have my refund and compensation as soon as possible.
