[Resolved] Ola Cabs / Ani Technologies — Cab ride fare double collected due to defective app | |||||
CRN[protected] Rs.126 dtd. 5.12.2016 cab service used by my relative through my app booking. since my app did not show multiple option of cash/ola money/card, I could not select the required option CASH. oN DROP MY RELATIVE PAID CASH and confirmed me. Subsequently when I want to book cab on 9.12 iwas asked to pay this bill and i again paid by card as i was urgently in need of cab booking.
