Ola Cabs / Ani Technologies — cab services issues | |||
16th may 2019, i have booked a cab from financial district to mgbs, the driver was relucted to come to the pick up arguing don't know the address. Several times we have called the driver. Some times it was not reachable and when we reached him he was not showing interest in picking up. We waited for 30 mins and finally cancelled the ride and lost 50 rs. It's not the fault o[censored]s to make the ride cancel. It was the driver who made us to cancel the ride. We hadnrerrible experience with ola cab. We never book the cab again. In my mobile phone i have uninstalled the ola application but someone is using my ola account. Everyday i am receving a mail that i have gone for a trip. So kindly solve my issues as soon as possible.
