Ola Cabs / Ani Technologies — cancellation charges without it being my fault. | |
I broked an ola cab today. And i cancelled the cab after around 5 minutes because the driver was late and the driver was late because he was waiting at a wrong location, even when the pick up point i put was right. I called him up and tried explaining him the pick up place, but he didn't seem to understand. So, why should i be paying the fee at all when it wasn't my fault? The fee charged is inr 50! And even if the fee was rs 5, i wouldn't have paid. Because here it was the drivers fault. Please revert back. Was this information helpful? | |
