We booked a Old share cab for Ashish Complex @ Rs.191, booking was confirmed and within 2 mins it got camcelled from your end & we had to book a new cab @ Rs. 195. If we cancel a booking, you are charging 25 Rs. Cancellation fee, then why are you not refunding same amount in case you cancel the booking, This is not fair. We expect quick action on this.

Updated by chavaksanjay We lodged a complaint against booking cancelled by you and we immediately got a call from [protected], asking about nature of our complaint, as a compensation, he offered rs. 500, but for that he wanted our dr. Card details with cvv no. & told you cannot transfer money to our old money account. Why it is so? We will not give any account no. If at all you wish to resolve this matter by said amt. Please transfer it to my old money account.
