Ola Cabs / Ani Technologies — Charged cancellation fee without client cancellation | |
Dear Sir, I booked an ola cab this morning. The driver cancelled the ride. I again booked after seeing the cancellation message. That driver also cancelled after making initial contacts. I was forced to take a taxi from the hotel travel desk paying higher rates. I lost one hour of my time; in addition to that Rs 75 was deducted from me for cancellation. I lost my time and money.
