I had booked an ola but the driver didn't have change so I paid the bill online. But due to some technical issues it didn't get reflected in the app. So by the time trip ended, I had to pay the driver AGAIN that too on his gpay directly as Ola said the payment failed and it'll be refunded. Nothing was refunded. I made a complaint and the customer care is so lax that I had to write word by word what had happened in multiple mails. Eventually they acknowledged the error and promised a refund in 7 to 10 days. It's been 14 days, neither have I received a confirmation on the refund nor a reply. INFACT the complaint itself is blocked in the app. I cannot access it anymore. I tried reaching out again and again no response. I have tried to contact ola customer care, this is absolutely unprofessional and poor behaviour from their side.
I have no words on how disappointing this experience is getting.
