Ola Cabs / Ani Technologies — charged twice i. e. charging the fare for the distance not travelled | |||||
Yesterday and day before (22 & 21 of sept 2017) when we were trying to book the ola auto, first booking got cancelled by the driver. Hence we had to rebook the auto again. However the cancellation was not getting effected in the system. Hence while getting down we had to pay double charges for no fault o[censored]s. Worst is the second driver came and fought in front of our neighbors yesterday. On lodging telephone compliant to ola support the girl over there acknowledged ola is facing technical glitches at their network and she asked to write a detailed mail to their team. Alas the team simply washed their hand by blaming that our app is not updated. My request is whenever such incidents really happen and escalated to their team, they should have inquired and investigated further what went wrong. Customer should have returned with the money extra charged. Whether this forum can address this and take this to the logical end please? Was this information helpful? | |||||
