Subject: complain regarding extra money charge then the actual amount. Sir, I was charged ₹173 in the ride which i paid through phonepay. But at the end of the ride the actual money charged was ₹156. I really didn't expect this type of treatment from the ola service. It would really be nice if ola look towards this matter and solve it as soon as possible.
