Ola Cabs / Ani Technologies — cheated by ola driver and no response from ola | |||
Dear sir, With all due respect, i’m writing this to express my experience with ola cabs. This is the first time i have been forced to write to you in this regards, as i’m not getting the support i was supposed to be. Following things happened with me from the day i have been using ola cabs. I have raised one complaint long regarding the behavior of the driver for which they called and said sorry i also didn’t say much as they called me after 5 days from the day the incident took place in the midnight. In this driver asked me to share otp and he will returned the amount through paytm which he never did and i was charged for the trip which i never took. The experience i have narrated in the above 2 lines are happened couple of times but i didn’t raise always and continue using the services. Nowadays i’m not using ola just bcoz of the recent experience with them where driver has asked my sister to pay at the time of arrival wherein, it was already paid through ola money. He still asked my sister to pay. As soon as i heard that the driver collected money and the ola money also deducted i got furious and i called the driver that why did he ask money from my sister despite of knowing that we have already paid for the trip but he didn’t answer a single call. Later, i emailed to support team and i received a reply that they will not be able to establish any fact where driver has collected extra money from my sister and refused to refund. Therefore, i stopped using ola cabs since then and i didn’t pay the bill also and kept on asking for resolution and till date i have been receiving calls where they are following up with us to pay the bill. However, none of them assisted me to close this dispute and as soon as i asked them about the bill they disconnected the call and some other call again every next day and asked the same question. I’m fed up now after hearing the same again and again. I have been raising the same on twitter and facebook but no one is helping me to close this. I’m willing to pay whatever i have used but not twice for one trip bcoz you driver cheated me. Even though i kept 1844 inr in my ola wallet to pay the bill but will not pay the late charges which they added against me bcoz of there mistake it should be for them not me. Help me close this.
