I had booked a cab yesterday (February 24, 2017) for travelling from my residence at Dahisar W to my office at Prism Tower, Goregaon W, Mumbai. I had got a fare estimate of Rs. 125 on the mobile app. However, the actual fare charged was Rs. 242.
I have been using the cab facility over the last few days when the fare has been around Rs. 150. There was no increase in the travel time yesterday as the traffic was lesser than normal and the same can be validated through the time taken for the travel on the last few occasions (in comparison to yesterday).
I would therefore like to raise a complaint against the company for cheating and charging exhorbitant fare by misleading the customers. Kindly take immediate action for refunding the excess amount charged to me and additional compensation for the hardship caused to me.
No action has been taken by the Company in response to the concern raised on the customer support. In addition, the executive on the call center number[protected]Ms. Nagma) was rude and absolutely not cooperative and changed her stance from escalating the complaint to washing off her hands and asking me to raise the complaint instead.
