Initially 3 times they have charged me higher then estimated fare at the time of boarding cab thereafter I had raised an issue and same was refunded in vouchers. Post that it was happened again thrice and they have charged me incorrect cancellation fees once whenever I’m raising my concern in ola app or ola support through mail, getting same response “you have exceeded the credit limit as per the norms and conditions of our company.” First I want to understand when they have refunded my amount because of their system fault why the are giving me such vague response instead of giving clarity to customer. 12 Oct morning cab :- I have booked a cab today for gurgram destination then I saw DL car number thus texted him destination location as DL car used to declined gurgram trip … 3 minutes was waiting time after 3 minutes he texted back no then I cancelled trip.. They have applied 50rs to my ride without checking message logs. They have not validated the message logs and simply give me above said vague response. 12 oct even Wow they have charged me 616 rs however my cab was booked for 372 (minus 40 of voucher).Fare 25 minute waste in cab booking ad HT car cancellation Delhi route ride. Cab driver was initially moving car in different direction then saying as it showing IGI longer route in his mobile gprs I said go as per the app route then filled petrol in long queue then long route above all fare was not reflecting entire route though I was try reaching ola number but busy all time-then driver shown me 616 in his mobile I have paid through paytm to raise a complaint afterward again… mosquitos in car There was no clarity why my fare was increased from 372 to 616 ... 13 oct morning also my fare was 200 approx post applying refund voucher worth rs 92 but that fare was again changed 298 When I boarded cab on 14 oct my fare was 248 post applying my refund voucher worth rs86 then at drop location my fare 336 however there was no change in the location but change in fare?? Screen shot attached for reference I noticed post applying refund voucher they are increasing the fare and there customer services is pathetic only parrot response on mail without validating customer complaint and helpline not reachable all the time??
