Ola Cabs / Ani Technologies — Complain about service | |||||
I am a regular user of ola cabs and for the past 3-4 bookings i am facing lot of problems in booking my cab.. Firstly, once the booking is done and i call the driver, either they don't have activated and working gps in their cab or they make excuses of being at far away places from where they express their inability to reach to my place and so either they only cancel the ride or ask me to do so.. And in my last booking the first driver himself cancelled my ride and the second one also after sometime cancelled the ride... This kind of attitude and customer service is highly unacceptable from ola...earlier its service was mucj better but with time it is getting poorer and poorer... Kindly look into the issue and ensure that such incidents don't happen again with me... Was this information helpful? | |||||
