Ola Cabs / Ani Technologies — complaining about driver

I booked an auto from ola and was had already waited for a long time to get a cab on the app. The driver came and started the ride. After i boarded, he asked me if i would pay by ola money or cash and when i said ola money, he asked me to get down from the cab even after i told that this is wrong. And then i asked the driver to cancel the ride because he denied himself but he was not ready to listen. After some time i had to cancel the ride and i was not able to register any complaint on ola app against the ride. I was on my way to office and that was an unacceptable behavior on every level. The driver could see my contact, if he was not ready to take such rides, he could have called me and informed me. Name of the driver: sandeep y
