Ola Cabs / Ani Technologies — complaint against payment already paid | |||
* i took an ola bike on 24 september, 2019 at 7 pm. And paid rs. 57 through paytm to bike rider. Now i am getting reminder from ola to pay outstanding balance of rs. 57 (Which is already paid). * issue comes, when i am not able to book ola cab due to outstanding payment. * i have tried several ola customer care number, several times to get my problem resolved, but unable to contact customer care executives.
