I have paid cash to driver because driver has insisted me to pay the cash. But he didn’t updated it in the app that I have paid . It is still showing that the payment is pending. I have checked this without 1 hr and reached to customer support. But there is no proper response from them. Pleas help me to fix this problem. without paying the amount will driver leave from our destination?? No right. Even it’s driver fault customers are suffering. Why can’t they reach to driver and confirm whether we have paid or not?? When we reach to customers support it is not giving proper answers as they have computized. It is asking the same questions again and again. I have also mailed to customer support but no response from them
