Ola Cabs / Ani Technologies — customer helpline never works, charges too high in case of emergency cancellation | |||
My name is bhaskar mob. No.[protected], me and my wife are daily customer to ola (You can check my ride details of my contact no).. I have booked prime sedan on 04.12.2019 @ 8.30 am for my wife... As my wife is 6 months pregnant daily we are using ola cab for going to office. On the above date, driver deviated to the unknownroute which is very bad road condition, heavy traffic and also longest route... When she asked him to go in regular route he started behaving very rude. She tried to contact ola customer care nos. Where none of the numbers are getting answered... Then she opened the window and started screaming to go to police station... Then driver abruptly cancelled the trip and charged 222/- for just 6 km~8km drive... Finally she booked another cab and travelled 1 hour in such worst road, reached office late, paid double charges and got tired very badly in such a critical condition... If driver is good then no issues... Or else ola drive is not safe, and not economical too. Instead of giving good safety and price discounts to regular customers, it bothers for nothing once we book the ride because even if we cancel ride also we have to pay charges for them...
