Ola Double Charging Issue/ My Last Ola ride! I have sent my relatives to vasant kunj and Ola driver Dileep has wrongly demanded money from them, even though he got paid through my account ola money. My relatives were unaware of ola money transfer and paid him. When I got to know that I was doubly charged I felt cheated Ola team, Answer me on following 1)Are your drivers not adequately trained to understand ola money credit.? 2) Are your drivers not ethical? I booked ola cab for my relatives they did not have ola app to counter check /validate when driver ask for money. They paid him. I never cross checked as I trusted Ola team. 3) Isn't it a drivers integrity issue? 4) As per your policy you can not refund, I felt cheated after this incident.. I was a regular customer of Ola.
