Ola Cabs / Ani Technologies — driver behaviour related issue | |
I took ola cabs on 23rd evening around 4 pm with crn [protected]. When i tried to enter the cab, the driver shouted immediately seeing me with a packed sandwich in my hand and i said am not gonna eat but just carrying!!! He refused yelling "food is not allowed inside". Despite of that i had to trash it and came back to get in the car at that time he said not to enter the car at all. He shouted at me like anything. I understand his anexity but not for the second time without even knowing that i had to throw my food!!! Also my mobile battery was low and i was fasting since morning 8am for my ct scan. Being very weak without food he didn't allow me with one inside. Even if not, he should have been at least polite. Due to those my location was picked up wrongly and my mobile switched off without getting proper location. He didn't listen me when i said this route is not correct for two times then i had to change my location using his charger then he even asked me for route which i got confused and he blabbered for that too. Because of him my whole evening was spoiled and i got late to my 5 months old baby from hospital. Worst service ever. I didn't want to make complainy unless he acted rude for the second time when there is no rule of taking food or packed instant food inside the car.!!! Not gonna pay unless i find the right solutuin.
