Ola Cabs / Ani Technologies — Driver came late and charged extra amount | |||||
Hello, I feel sorry to write this mail regarding todays ola ride i had availed (date: 27th dec 2016) with CRN[protected]. I booked cab via ola app at 8:57 am on ride now basis because of very urgent travel purpose. My parents had to travel for a very important business trip. They had to board volvo from charbagh bus stand at 10 am. The usuaI ride time between my place and charbagh bus stand is hardly 20 minute. I called the driver(Ajeet Rathi [protected]) on his number and he came almost 25 minutes late. Because of all this my parents had to make a heavy rush for catching up the volvo despite of my mother being suffering from severe knee osteo-arthritis. Results of this on her health were really bad. Moreover the driver charged the amount in cash inclusive of time from booking that is from 8:57 am. My parents asked him to deduct the extra amount caused on account of his delay in picking them from our booking place. Since my parents are quite forgiving in nature they didnt said much to him but i must say such kind of cheating on drivers part is highly condemnable. I am expecting a convincible wise solution from your OLA cabs on this whole incident. Was this information helpful? | |||||
