Ola Cabs / Ani Technologies — driver cancelled booking after saying he is coming.. but neither came nor received call

I booked Ola ride from Satyam apartment vasundhra enclave to Laxminagar Metro Station. I got confirmation msg and got the no. Of concern driver, I talked to him and told about the exact location.
He told me he is coming within 5 to 10 minutes, I waited there for 20 minutes, called many times but he didn't receive my call. After sometime I checked my ride details, suddenly got that my ride has been cancelled without any reason...i m actually mentally harassed by the act as Ola driver did with me... Kindly take necessary action against that driver and also intimate me...My profile I'd is [protected]...cancellation CRN [protected]...Driver's name is satvir
