Ola Cabs / Ani Technologies — driver collected the cash on completing the trip and ola app is showing the pending payment | |||
I book the ola cab for outstation on dec 18 2019 due to an emergency, on completing the trip deducting the balance amount from the ola account drive asked me to pay the balance amount in cash. I paid the cash to him and after around 20 days i got an alert that i have a post paid balance amount. When i raise the concern with ola, getting the answers like try to book the cab again and if i found him need to discuss directly with him. They can't help here. My point was, if i have booked the cab through ola app they are not taking the concern to resolve the issue Was this information helpful? | |||
