Ola Cabs / Ani Technologies — driver denied duty by giving silly reason

I'm complaining about driver denied duty. I booked a place can today. I was in hurry to reach the office, driver asked me where would i go, i asked him the location, i don't know what happened, he changed his plan and gave a silly reason to deny. There is no toll on my route, still he said he'll take the different route and was saying ola was paying him not i. This kind of service you're providing to your valuable customer, and due to that i was late for office
"sorry! Your ola share booking osn has been cancelled as driver was unable to serve you this time. Please try booking again."
Please take this into your consideration and please teach your drivers how to behave with your customers.
