Osn:[protected]. Monday july 17, 2017, I booked a ride from apollo hospital chennai to chennai domestic airport, 4 terminal on the evening of monday july 17, 2017. The driver did not turn up for a long time. When i called he took the otp and said that he is far away. I have waited for him but he never turned up. When i called him he said he will be delayed. When i requested him to cancel the trip, he said that he cannot cancel the trip and asked me to cancel it. Meanwhile fare was deducted from my ola money. I raised a complaint through ola app, with no result till now. Please look into the matter and refund my money. Was this information helpful? | |||||
