Ola Cabs / Ani Technologies — driver dropped at wrong place, changed drop place in booking. | |||
Dear ola team. Yesterday i booked an ola cab from kailash puri to old delhi rly. Station. The driver picked my guests (An army officer who was posted in faizabad and going to himachal with family) from my place at 9 pm. Driver dropped my guests at new delhi railway station and charged 255.00 My guests were not aware of this cheating... When they entered in rly. The station then they found driver dropped at the wrong place. Then they rushed to old delhi railway station and reached just 2 min before train departure. They again paid 300.00 for other taxi. This is really very bad and if ola taxi having this type of staff. Not acceptable for us. I want the reply from you otherwise i will go to the police and will write fir and also will go in consumer court. Pls. Take the action against this driver and update us.
