Ola Cabs / Ani Technologies — Driver dropped me in half way and misbehaved | |||||
I was heading towards my office IBM India Private Limited from Bhumkar chowk in Pune in an ola share. But the route which ola maps show for my destination is wrong, as through that route the guards don't allow me to get inside the premises. I asked the driver to take the correct route to my office. He started arguing with me and misbehaving with me. Then in the route he was taking me to, the guards did not allow me to enter the gate of my office due to some company policies. He dropped me in the middle and not at my destination. Could you please let me know why this is happening repeatedly. Please correct your route in Ola maps as it always shows wrong direction. Apart from this, at first he also denied coming for the pickup saying that he is 15 to 20 min away from my location. I asked him to cancel the ride so that I can book a new one. He denied that too and then came in just 5 min to my location. After getting into the car, as soon as he started the trip, he demanded me to give him rating 5. I told that my friend booked for me, then he started shouting at me that he will turn off the AC and all. You people always lie and don't want to give ratings. This behavior of your driver is not at all tolerable. Please take any action regarding this or i will have to lodge an FIR in the police station regarding this. In between the driver called the drivers care number and the lady on the other side of the phone did not talk properly, she was very rude to me.
