I have booked a cab today at my location and got a msg in ola app that driver has reached there, whereas he was on the other location. Even phone call has made and no proper response from him. Hence i cancelled as my app shows remaining 60 seconds whereas the cab has not reached the location. Driver has called me and used low class language and blamed me. Do teach your drivers as how to speak and behave with the customers. We are paying for everything on your services. I will lodge a suitable complaint and take a legal action against you.
