Ola Cabs / Ani Technologies — driver mislead me and unknowingly booked 2x2 peak demand cab. | |||
I don, t know much about ola software when i need of cab i checked bistance for jbs to myapir it is 20 km, ola showed me cost is around 259 rs so i booked cab, cab arrived at me i asked to driver "how much money" he said it will be around 200 to 250, i said to him that "if it is more then 300 i will take auto" he said it will be less in 300. But when i arrived to my destination i got message of rs 783 by looking at it i got shocked when i asked to driver he said i don't know, After words he said i have booked at peak demand 2×2 Driver know i have booked it in peak demand but he does not said about that Before driving only i asked how much the charge will be but he does not disclose it After words i decision not to book ola cab in entire my life.
