Ola Cabs / Ani Technologies — driver refused the ride because I said I will pay by ola money | |||
I booked a ola cab and that driver asked me whether the payment would be by cash or ola money. I said I already made d payment thru ola money and he said cancel the ride. When I called customer care they said they will arrange a different cab and charge would be 114rs to 119rs and I was charged 155rs. I called customer care again they said that's upto km travelled . I asked them why was i denied for ola money they said they will take action against that driver . In all this scenario what about my time that was wasted ? Driver who cancelled my ride details RAJKUMAR MEHRA VEHICLE NO: MP04 TA 9285 COMPLAINT NO :[protected] I just want to know is ola money not applicable ? And if it is what about my time which I suffered waiting there for another cab ?
