Ola Cabs / Ani Technologies — driver speaking bad words

I booked an ola share driver denied his duty by speaking words
Name :. Mubarak. H
Car no:tn 22 cs 6421 (Silvee indica)
He made me to stand in the middle of road and after calling he is like u stand in the road itself. I can't come 4 km's and pick u up and asked me to cancel.. Why should i cancel if i cancel ola will take extra money for cancellations. If he is not willing to take up the ride then why he did. Now ola took ₹15 from me for cancellations

I am Safreen from mmda colony Arumbakkam .No auto available on morning time for small ride (30rs)... continuously I tried to book Ola auto 9.30am for dropping my son at school but always shows no auto available... irritating ... please make a solution..
