Hello i'm arbaaz. I booked a cab from new delhi railway station to shaheen bagh for my father on 8 october 2018. After reaching shaheen bagh via mcd toll of kalindi kunj, total bill was rs.462 including rs.200 state tax / mcd tax whereas the driver asked him to pay a sum of rs.462+ 100 which he had payed at the mcd toll and subsequently my father payed him rs.560.
