Ola Cabs / Ani Technologies — driver took cash even after payment from wallet | |
The booking id is crn [protected]. This was booked by my dad jay siyaram gupta through his mobile number [protected]. The payment method was set up through phonepe but at the end of the ride, the driver hariom pal demanded extensively for cash and my dad has to pay it. After the ride he searched for customer care number on google but wasn't able to connect to any customer contact instead he got connected to a fraud asking for bank details. This is not the expected service from ola. Now putting a complaint through app is declining the complaint. This is the worst experience i have ever had.
