Ola Cabs / Ani Technologies — drivers cancelled the ride without informing us | |||||
Today i booked an ola cab for my old father. He kept waiting for it for sometime till i realised tat the driver himself has cancelled it without even informing us. The driver name is baiju pn, white indigo. Crn[protected] Once again i booked a cab with a driver named lijo joseph. He also repeated the same. When i called and enquired he told tat petrol got exhausted. It is clearly understood that the drivers rsimply saying excuse. Crn[protected]. It is pertinent to mention that such behavior is not expected from a reputed company like ola. Please take necessary action.
