I was trying to book ola share for my mother from 2.00PM on 13th March 2018, Finally after 2 drivers cancelled trip, I managed to book a share at around 3.00PM.
After so much trouble for booking cab, the driver got drop location different from actual drop location and he had dropped my mother at an unknown location. I contacted ola customer care but I got straight forward answer that they will reimburse the trip cost but they cannot help anything more.
My mother was stranded in some random location. I had ask some landmarks from her and searched that location in maps and had to book another uber for her.
The inconvenience caused was not explainable.
I asked the ola support executive to book another trip and complete the trip for the cost I booked the trip, but he insisted I will be charged extra for no fault of mine.(on top of so much inconvenience caused). This was totally wrong way to deal with this issue.
