I had booked ola on 27/06/17 at 9.30AM. Mini was not available. Share was booked for 2 people from Banaswadi to Marathahalli. We boarded the taxi at 10.11 AM. The driver confirmed the destination from me. But the taxi went on and on . Neither the driver nor customer care nor his ola contact was able to provide any relief. The ola employee's rote reply was "you will reach your destination in specified time of 1 1/2 hours. " . After 2 1/2 hours we were dropped suddenly in JP Nagar 6th phase at 12.20.That too as we told the driver that we will sit in the cab till night. By that time 5 people were with us one by one. Subsequent OLA sent mail regretting and refunding Rs.205. They say it was due to a technical glitch.
