Ola Cabs / Ani Technologies — end trip before reaching destination | |||||
Ola cabs has no answer if the cab driver end the trip in the middle of trip, cab driver accidentally end the trip before reaching the destination. I contacted the customer care they only informed the driver to drop me to destination but the mean while driver received other bookings which he had to cancel and rating fell down. Ola need to solve this by only enabling to end trip with in 500/100 meters of the destination. Was this information helpful? | |||||
