Ola Cabs / Ani Technologies — excess fare taken by ola company for short distance

When i booked the ola on 19.11.2018 at 0755 hrs it shown 107+some texts as 10 rupees how can you charge 290 rupees. The total distance is 13.5 km only, earlier you have charged maximum 220 rupees for the distance at pick time. This is ridiculous. You have explained that base fare 55, distance fare 108, ride time 38 minuts of 38 rupees, fare increases 68.34 and and taxes 20.48 paise what is fare increases, ride time charges.
