Ola Cabs / Ani Technologies — extra fare charged/wrong route opted | |||
I have visited from ghaziabad to noida sec 62 on 7th may. The estimated fare was shown as rs.185. When i have completed my journey it costs me rs.380 which was more than double the amount which was shown earlier. When i enquired the driver he told me to get connect with the customer care. I got connected and they said our executive will call you in next 6 to 8 hours now, its more than 10 days i have not received any call from them. Also, the executive was unable to sort out anything and when i asked to pass the call to some senior he asked me to call within 12 to 3 pm only without giving any reason.
