On ride taken on 17.06.2018 the driver collected extra parking of rs 71 whereas the same was included in total bill also. Same day i went to support page of ola but due to technical error at ola online support, my refund was not processed. Today 22.06.2018 when i contacted ols cc, they say that they cannot do anything as complaint should be filed with in 3 days.
How can a company put time validation on customers hard earned money.
Also the customer care executives were very unsupportive and did not provide any further number of mail id for higher escalation.
There is no mail id on the internet of any higher authority except support level.
