Ola Cabs / Ani Technologies — fare collected higher than the charge | |||||
Date oct 17 2018, wednesday night 8 pm pickup from vijayakrishnamansion, celebriry paradise layout, electronic city phase 1 and drop in majestic railway station. While booking shown estimated cash is rs.822. After finishing the drop the driver at 10.20 pm he said server problem not able to see the charges. So please pay the estimate cash rs.822. I am already late in traffic jam by chance of missing train. So paid 822. After 15 mins. He closed the trip i got message charge of rs.415. Immediately i called i asked he said he will return the money through paytm still not returned. He did fraud. I saw in the app rs.470 collected and the bill is rs.415. I tried ola money to refund not able to refund. Please try to refund my amount rd.823 and take action on that driver. Please take it issue as seriously and solve me. I have booked a cab. Driver came and cancelled the booking and went. We are waiting in the flats

I was charged double the money by ola while going to lady ratan tata hospital from prafulla paradise infact the driver took me yesterday from a longer route and the cab was extremely uncomfortable.
