Ola Cabs / Ani Technologies — fare exorbitantly charged & ola drivers rude behaviour | |||
On sunday dated 23-june-2019 at around 9.30pm we booked an ola having its last number as 5406 from alfa 3, vile parle to marine lines, maheshwari bhawan. The amount shown as rs.431/- but after reaching the destination the amount to be paid shown as rs.514/- as the driver shaikh mohammed had added back the sea link toll amount too in it, when asked about the fare that it was 431/- at the tme of booking then he said you have to pay what is showing in my mobile and started shouting when we didn't have the change of re.4/- of 514/- then started using the filthy language to sisters-in-laws travelling in the cab. You are earnestly, humbly & submissively requested to kindly book this arrogant and rude driver. I could have lodged the police complaint but since my sisters-in-law were in hurry, we have to drop down the idea and thought to lodge our complaint directly to your high office.
