Ola Cabs / Ani Technologies — four ola rides cancelled by drivers

I booked a share ride in Ola and the driver cancelled the trip. Then I booked another one and that driver cancelled too. It then happened two more times. That is, four rides cancelled in a matter of half an hour. When I called the customer care, the call got disconnected.

I need an explanation and compensation for this irresponsible behaviour from Ola drivers
